With 20 years of international experience as a corporate executive and consultant, Nicola brings a dynamic blend of practical experience and strategic insights to solve complex digital risk challenges. Nicola led Boston Consulting Group’s Cybersecurity and Digital Risk practice for Australia and New Zealand and was a Partner for PwC Australia in Cyber and Digital Trust.

Nicola's career includes leadership roles at JP Morgan Chase, Lloyds Banking Group, and Royal Bank of Scotland, where Nicola gained hands-on experience managing digital risk and resilience.

Nicola has worked with boards and senior executives across financial services, government and public sector, and critical infrastructure to address topics such as cybersecurity, digital risk and resilience, supply chain security and culture change.

As a GAICD and a Fellow of AISA, Nicola stays abreast of the latest global security trends and threats, sharing insights and best practices with the wider community. Nicola is also a strong advocate for women in technology and sponsors initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion in the security field.
